How do I add a custom health check-up?
Go to the Manage Exams tab and tap the + button. Enter a name and frequency in days. Custom check-ups appear on your home screen like built-in ones. One custom exam is free; unlimited custom exams are available with a premium upgrade.
How do I mark a check-up as done?
Tap any check-up card on the Home tab. You can select a quick date (7, 14, 30, 90, or 180 days ago) or pick a custom date. The app will update your schedule and reschedule your reminders automatically.
How do I back up my data?
Go to Profile → Backup → Create Backup. The app creates a .scb file you can save to Files, iCloud, or share anywhere. To restore, go to Profile → Backup → Restore Backup and select your file.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Make sure notifications are enabled both in the app (Profile → Notifications) and in your device Settings → Notifications → Screening Clearing. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
How do I change the screening reminder timing?
Go to Profile → Notifications. You can set how many days before a check-up is due you want to be reminded, and what time of day notifications should appear.
Can I change my birth date after setup?
Your birth date is used to calculate which screenings are relevant for your age and cannot be changed after initial setup. If you set an incorrect birth date, use Profile → Reset Data to start fresh.
What is the premium upgrade?
Premium unlocks unlimited custom exams, document storage (scan and attach reports to check-ups), and score breakdown details. It is available as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Profile → Premium → Restore Purchases. This reconnects your App Store or Google Play purchase to the app.
The app shows check-ups that do not apply to me. What should I do?
The app filters check-ups based on your age, gender, and smoker status. Go to Profile and verify these are set correctly. You can also disable any specific check-up from the Manage Exams tab.
